Step-by-step process on how to send the e-mail with the electronic forms' data:

IMPORTANT: If you have Adobe Reader, you can NOT save the form and reopen it later. So once you fill it out, you can only print it, or send the e-mail. If you have Adobe Acrobat Professional, you may save the form.

Note: Either version will be able to save the data to be sent by e-mail with no issue. All testing was done with Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0 and Adobe Reader 9.0.

Get Adobe Acrobat reader.

Step 1 - Fill all required fields

Step 2 - Click "Print Form" button for your record

Step 3 - Click the "Submit by Email" button

Step 4 - Select "Internet Email" and Click "OK"

Step 5 - Click "Save Data File" and save to "Desktop."

Step 6 - Go to your e-mail and create a new message

Step 7 - Click this link to intital an email

             If the link does not work:
             Type in the following e-mail addresses in the "To:" textbox:
             barrythebluebear@juno.com, unit_elections@marnoc.org

             Make the "Subject" the following:
            Troop (your number) Election Information

Step 8 - Attach all the data file(s) from your "Desktop" to your attachments

Step 9 - Click your "send" button in your e-mail and your done!!!

Step 10 - Thank you for sending your election information electronically.
